Mo just got through with a workout at Lava Fitness in San Diego where he trains a few times a week. He talks about learning new things from different disciplines and how he puts them all together for his mma training. His mother made him tough because she gave him whoopings for being so hard headed. He's is ready to fight at the drop of a hat and would be willing to fight in Affliction this Saturday if someone had to drop out.
